Middlefield Orchard (Cooperstown Area) brings the flavors of the orchard straight to your plate. Guests will enjoy: Local raw honey, Crisp sparkling cider, House-made jams. These ingredients highlight the best of spring and early harvest in upstate New York.
Thistlemint Farm (Delhi, NY Region) brings from the fertile fields near Delhi vibrant, nutrient-rich greens that elevate every dish: Tender pea shoots, Flavorful microgreens, Crisp, peppery radishes. These fresh ingredients bring color, texture, and a true farm-to-table experience to the menu.Max Creek Hatchery (Local NY Waters) known for sustainably raised and locally sourced, Delicate fresh trout or Rich, savory smoked trout. Perfectly suited for spring menus, these offerings highlight the quality of locally raised fish in the region. Mill Hollow Maple (Upstate NY), a staple of New York agriculture, contributes their signature Pure maple syrup. Expect this natural sweetness to enhance both savory dishes and desserts throughout the evening.
