Experienced Hospitality Professional – Front of House: Server | Cashier | Host
(Hourly + Pooled Tips)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service from greeting to payment, ensuring a welcoming and memorable dining experience
- Demonstrate thorough knowledge of menu items, daily specials, craft beverages, wine, beer, and specialty coffee offerings
- Accurately take and enter orders into the Toast POS system
- Deliver food and beverages efficiently while maintaining presentation standards
- Manage multiple tables in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Upsell menu items and promote featured dishes and beverages
- Handle guest concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas and service stations
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and alcohol service regulations
- Support opening and closing duties
- Strong Team Player
Schedule & Availability
- Weekend availability required
- Various Shifts Thurs – Sunday between 7:00am – 4:00pm – to cover daily operations, private parties, off-site and onsite events
- Year Round and Seasonal Hours
